Green Electra Glide

One of my first Motorcycle paintings from the 80's. Simplistic & Graphic. At that time I owned a Screen Printing business and most of my artwork was for t shirt designs. I had an early Macintosh but programs were limited so most artwork was still hand done. The only other Motorcycle Artist around was Dave Mann and I didn't want to mimic his style. I was searching, trying to create a style of my own. When people look at a painting they go "That's an Eric Herrmann or a Dave Mann". I eventually developed my own style over many years. That why artists get pissed when another artist rips off your style. It took years to develop! The original sold at a Barrett-Jackson auction.
